1:1 Support Package â Terms and Conditions
BY PAYING FOR A PACKAGE, PROGRAMME, COURSE, OR SERVICE EITHER IN PARTIAL OR IN FULL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:
Â
You (the Client) irrevocably agree to enter into the Coaching Agreement with Helen Dickman (the âCoachâ) and HDC (the âCompanyâ or âwe/usâ), then this Participant Agreement (the âAgreementâ) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the programme.
By paying for this service, course, or programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

Client Expectations:
Client understands that they are 100% responsible for her own progress and results.
Client understands that they are the one element over which Coach or Company has no control and therefore the Client understands that their results are not guaranteed.
Client commits to full participation in the Programme and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Coach will do her best work possible, but at the end of the day, itâs up to the client to do the work.
You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors.
Helen Dickman and HDCÂ does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Helen Dickman and HDC.

My commitment to you:
The 1:1 Support Package is an online one-to-one coaching programme facilitated by Helen Dickman.
The 1:1 Support Package is conducted by way of:
- 1 monthly strategy call of approximately 60 minutes
- 1 monthly 'done for you' call of approximately 60 minutes
- Support via email from Monday - ThursdayÂ
- Access to a shared folder in Google Drive of notes and resources.

Enrolment and Commencement
We accept enrolments at any time prior to the commencement of the package until sold out. Once the enrolment fee has been received on the terms below, you will receive an email from us, we will send you an official welcome email into the coaching package confirming that your application is complete.
You will receive an email inviting you to book in our first session at your earliest convenience. After your acceptance into the coaching package you are welcome to contact Helen at [email protected]Â with any questions you may have.

Your Commitment to Us
The 1:1 Support Package requires a commitment of time, co-operation and participation. The Coaching Package runs for as long as the client and coach see appropriate and necessary for the client. It is our experience that to successfully complete the Coaching Package, participants need to show up in the live calls and utilise Helenâs time to get the support they require.
You acknowledge that undertaking the 1:1 Support Package may at times be personally challenging and you will not knowingly undertake the coaching package if you believe that you will not respond well to personal conversations, personal growth and constructive feedback.
We record all calls and by enrolling in the 1:1 Support Package you consent to these recordings. The recordings are only made available to the client, the coach and HDC.
It is highly recommended that you be on every call possible for your growth and learning.

Your Commitment to Each Other
You acknowledge that you are undertaking an adult coaching process and that everyone has individual approaches to learning and participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.

Participation Requirements
Participants agree to participate in the 1:1 Support Package (including the use of the Site) in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to the HDC.
You agree that you will not upload or provide content on the Site which is:
- a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of anotherâs privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading;
- b) infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties;
- c) contains spam, chain letters, pyramid and other such selling and marketing schemes, computer viruses, computer code, files or programs or other harmful components that are designed to interrupt, destroy, change or limit the functionality of the Site or any other computer software, hardware or other electronic equipment, information which in any way impinges on another userâs use or enjoyment of the Site or otherwise breaches or encourages other users to breach these Terms and Conditions;
- d) violates any law; or
- e) encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behaviour;

Participants also agree that you will not:
â Use technology or other means that is not authorised by the Owner to access the Site;
â Use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, ârobots,â âspiders,â or âoffline readers,â to access the Site;
â Attempt to, or introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or the Facebook Group;
â Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or Facebook Page including the networks or user accounts; or
â Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site, Facebook Group, servers or networks.

Your Financial Commitment
All prices are displayed in GBP.
In order to secure your commitment in the 1:1 Support Package programme, we require a monthly payment of ÂŁ500.Â
Refunds and Cancellation
Because of the digital nature of our 1:1 Support Package, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property
Helen Dickman and HDCÂ retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Â
Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the 1:1 Support Package. This agreement will be terminated without notice if you fail to pay any amounts owing by the due date. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the unfortunate event that we become unable to provide the services requested, in which case all monies paid for work not undertaken will be refunded.
If your agreement is terminated you will no longer have access to the Site or any private Facebook groups. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and is in compliance with all GDPR regulations.

Your Personal Data
HDC will be what is known as the âControllerâ of the personal data you provide to us.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you and your child. This information includes your name, email address, telephone number and your business details.
Â
Helen Dickman and HDCÂ need to know basic personal data in order to provide you with the services you have engaged us to provide, and to assert our right to be recompensed in return for these services as per the agreement we have with you. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.
Â
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by the Helen Dickman and HDCÂ in the UK in accordance with GDPR regulations and the terms and conditions of third-party software providers. Â
No other third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide it. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
Â
We will generally keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained. If you consent to marketing, any information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Â
Helen Dickman and HDCÂ will send you information about our services by email or social media messenger services. If you have provided a contact number, you may also be sent information to your mobile.

Throughout the programme, Helen Dickman and HDCÂ will keep a record of client âwinsâ and progress that they have made. This information may be shared publicly on social media and through email marketing for the purposes of promotion. All private or sensitive data and information will be blanked out so that the client is not identifiable.

Warranties and Indemnities
We do not warrant that the Website or Facebook group will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. The 1:1 Support Package maintains current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, we do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. Helen Dickman and the 1:1 Support Package is not liable for any default due to software failure, or any other event beyond the Ownerâs reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, the programme, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions in using the Site and Facebook group pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
You acknowledge that while you will be receiving training in building a business, you will not hold Helen Dickman or the HDCÂ responsible for anything related to your personal business success or otherwise including your income and client attraction, including if you are profiled on the HDCÂ website.
