"I think I’ve said this word a lot during this podcast, but community is so key for me—and I know it is for everyone in the group too. I’ve really noticed the impact of having that regular connection, and I know that’s why you set it up to run on a Monday, and why it was originally called the Love Mondays Club. It’s such a helpful touchpoint to start the week.
The group program has become something I genuinely look forward to every single week. It’s a regular slot in my diary that feels important. Even though there’s space to talk and share, the structure really helps too—we set goals at the start of each month, we review our numbers (cue the collective “oh yes, our numbers!”), and it helps me stay accountable.
When you’re deep in the day-to-day of running your business—whether you’re delivering services, creating training, or working on social media—it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Those monthly touchpoints give me that broader perspective I’d otherwise miss. And your leadership in the group really holds that space for us. It helps us stay accountable, but it also gives us a safe place to say, “This is hard and I don’t know what I’m doing,” or to share when things are going really well and celebrate those wins together.
I’ve also loved the in-person events we’ve had. Like I said earlier in the episode, networking and finding a community has been absolutely game-changing for me.
