Terms and Conditions
BY PAYING FOR A PROGRAMME, COURSE, OR SERVICE EITHER IN PARTIAL OR IN FULL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:
You (the Client) irrevocably agree to enter into the HDC Programme Agreement with Helen Dickman (the "Coach") and HDC (the "Company" or "we/us"), then this Participant Agreement (the "Agreement") automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation in the programme or service.
By paying for this service, course, or programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

Client Expectations:
Client understands that they are 100% responsible for their own progress and results, and for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to enable HDC to deliver the agreed services effectively.
Client understands that they are the one element over which Coach or Company has no control and therefore the Client understands that their results are not guaranteed.
Client commits to full participation in the monthly programme and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Coach will do her best work possible, but at the end of the day, it's up to the client to do the work.
You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors.
Helen Dickman and HDC does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Helen Dickman and HDC.

HDC Marketing Pilot Programme is a comprehensive marketing support programme designed to provide ongoing marketing assistance for your business growth.
Our Commitment to You:
Email Marketing
- 4 email campaigns per month
- Copywriting for all emails (up to 300 words each)
- Performance tracking and reporting
LinkedIn Content Creation
- Profile optimisation including personal page optimisation and content strategy development
- 8-12 posts per month (2-3 per week)
- Professional copywriting for all posts
- Monthly performance report
General Copywriting
- 1 web page copywritten/optimised per month
- Basic SEO optimisation
Coaching and Mentoring
- Monthly 1:1 sessions with regular updates on marketing analytics
- Coaching and mentoring around how to amplify your personal brand
- Daily WhatsApp support between 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday.Â
Community Access
- Morning calls on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30am to support you with your business growth
- Full access to the library of resources
On-going Monthly Marketing Support Delivery Structure:
Monthly:
- Proposed content will be sent to you 2 weeks before the start date for your approval.Â
- All content will be scheduled and tested on your behalf.Â
- Monthly 1:1 session to discuss marketing analytics and progress.Â
- Regular check-ins at the start and end of the week to support the Client with all areas of marketing.Â
- One webpage of copy can be reviewed or edited each month. This does not include the creation of a whole new page of content.Â

GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES
Enrolment and Commencement
We accept enrolments during specific launch periods. Once the enrolment fee has been received on the terms below, you will receive an email from us, we will send you an official welcome email into the course or service, confirming that your application is complete.
You will receive access to the training resources, community area, and call replays as applicable to your chosen service.
All the details of your up-coming calls will be available inside the community area or will be communicated directly to you.
Your Commitment to Us
HDC services require a commitment of time, co-operation and participation. It is our experience that to successfully see results in your business, participants need to show up to scheduled calls, attend their opportunities to get extra help, and utilise the group and Helen's time to get the support they require.
You acknowledge that undertaking HDC services may at times be personally challenging and you will not knowingly undertake the service if you believe that you will not respond well to personal conversations, personal growth and constructive feedback.
We record group calls where applicable and by enrolling in HDC services you consent to these recordings. The recordings are only made available to participants in the relevant programme.
It is highly recommended that you attend every call possible for your growth and learning.
Your Commitment to Each Other
You acknowledge that you are undertaking an adult learning process and that everyone has individual approaches to learning and participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you or other participants will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.
Participation Requirements
Participants agree to participate in HDC services (including the use of the Site or any other form of social media) in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to the HDC.
You agree that you will not upload or provide content on the Site or on social media which is:
- a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, violent or degrading; b) infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties; c) contains spam, chain letters, pyramid and other such selling and marketing schemes, computer viruses, computer code, files or programs or other harmful components that are designed to interrupt, destroy, change or limit the functionality of the Site or any other computer software, hardware or other electronic equipment, information which in any way impinges on another user's use or enjoyment of the Site or otherwise breaches or encourages other users to breach these Terms and Conditions; d) violates any law; or e) encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behaviour;
Participants also agree that you will not:
– Use technology or other means that is not authorised by the Owner to access the Site; – Use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Site; – Attempt to, or introduce viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or on social media; – Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or social media accounts including the networks or user accounts; or – Attempt to or engage in conduct that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Site, social media accounts, servers or networks.
Refunds and Cancellation
Because of the digital nature of our programmes and services, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
Helen Dickman and HDC retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
For Marketing Pilot Programme specifically, while HDC retains rights to the frameworks, processes, and methodologies used, the specific content created for your business (including copy, posts, and campaigns) may be used by you for your business purposes in accordance with the deliverables outlined in your service agreement.
Termination
You must provide 30-days notice that you wish to terminate the agreement. This is due to the fact that materials and content will have been created and scheduled within 2-4 weeks of the deadline.Â
If your agreement is terminated you will no longer have access to the Site, community group, or ongoing programme deliverables. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and is in compliance with all GDPR regulations.
Your Personal Data
HDC will be what is known as the 'Controller' of the personal data you provide to us.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you and your business. This information includes your name, email address, telephone number and your business details.
Helen Dickman and HDC need to know basic personal data in order to provide you with the services you have engaged us to provide, and to assert our right to be recompensed in return for these services as per the agreement we have with you. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by Helen Dickman and HDC in the UK in accordance with GDPR regulations and the terms and conditions of third-party software providers.
No other third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide it. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
We will generally keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained. If you consent to marketing, any information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Helen Dickman and HDC will send you information about our services by email or social media messenger services. If you have provided a contact number, you may also be sent information to your mobile.
Throughout our services, Helen Dickman and HDC will keep a record of client 'wins' and progress that they have made. This information may be shared publicly on social media and through email marketing for the purposes of promotion. All private or sensitive data and information will be blanked out so that the client is not identifiable.
Warranties and Indemnities
We do not warrant that the Website or community group will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. HDC services maintain current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, we do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. Helen Dickman and HDC is not liable for any default due to software failure, or any other event beyond the Owner's reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify HDC, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from your acts and omissions in using the Site and community group pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
You acknowledge that while you will be receiving training and/or marketing support for building a business, you will not hold Helen Dickman or HDC responsible for anything related to your personal business success or otherwise including your income and client attraction, including if you are profiled on the HDC website or marketing materials.
