The HDC site maintains current anti-virus software, however to the extent provided by law, we do not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. Helen Dickman and HDC is not liable for any default due to software failure, or any other event beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
